The Hudson River seperates the west side of Manhattan from New Jersey. The Hudson River Greenway stretches from the George Washington Bridge to Battery Park. A portion of the greenway runs through what was once a railroad yard for the New York Central Railroad. The 69th Street Transfer Bridge is being restored.
